Ayurvedic Massage and Lifestyle Counseling

Ayurvedic Massage for Women

Ayurvedic Wellness Massage for Women utilizes specific oils essences & techniques depending on the person’s body type (vata, pitta, kapha), condition, season & climate. The natural oils used nourish the heart & calm the mind, giving elasticity to the muscles & ligaments & an overall feeling of wellness.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counseling

Ayurveda, the sister science to Yoga, teaches that we are each made of the five elements: ether, air, fire, water & earth. These elements play a big part in our psychobiological make-up. The awareness of this individuality helps us gain knowledge of ourselves & how to live a more balanced life in harmony with our surroundings. Find out what your prakruti (constituion) is, learn how to eat, work & play accordingly.

Usha Leason is a certified international Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic masseuse, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor.

I have been looking for someone who can help me heal my back. I have heard that massage will help a lot. I just don’t want to ‘give’ my back to soemne that has no experience in the field. I have degenerative arthritis of the spine and the pain I have is beyond words. I am taking some heavy medication for that. I am a retired psicologist who specialized in drug dependance, and here I am against all my will having totake this medication. Let me know if your massage in any way can help me.
