Individual Guided Retreats

You may feel the call to make a retreat on your own—but you would like some gentle guidance on how to frame your retreat time. We help you do that by providing a daily schedule with suggested activities that address your special issues.
Perfect for you if you are going through a life transition, such as the loss of a job, career change, the death of a spouse or loved one, “empty-nest” syndrome, issues of health or aging, financial problems.

    Greetings!
I have just finished a school year teaching troubled teens at a New York City alternative school. The year was challenging physically and emotionally as the teaching staff, myself included, went though a shake-up, orchestrated by a new principal. He assumed an aloof attitude toward staff, appearing announced in classrooms taking notes and finding faults in almost everything teachers do. I feel that I need to clear my mind. I want to take care of my soul and body and to relax hoping to regain confidence in myself and in what I do. Please provide me with options at your retreat.
    Thank you.

Dear Nelli, it would be great to have you here at LifePath for a quiet private retreat…sounds like it was a tough year. Beverly will be following-up with an email to you about specifics. Thanks for getting in touch! Joseph
