The Art of Living class series (see Feb. 23) is also accompanied by two optional Pneuma Breathwork sessions, where, accompanied by evocative and inspiring music, we intensely breathe the Prana or subtle oxygen contained in the air with the intention of contacting our spiritual essence.
Pneuma Breathwork is a deep and revolutionary practice that is easy to do and naturally gives rise to amplified states of consciousness that allow us to explore the subtlest inner dimensions so that we may experience deep inner peace and gradually come to heal our life. Pneuma Breathwork awakens within us the essential virtues of love, compassion, freedom, plenitude, and the joy of living.
To participate, please wear preferably white or light colored comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, blanket or sleeping bag, a notebook, water, and something to cover your eyes with.
