Mena is a Corporal Psychotherapist, vastly trained in Bioenergetics and certified as an ontogonic therapist by the Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Development Society in Mexico. She is a skilled healer, with over a decade of experience integrating different healing techniques (body, energy and mind), such as the Melchizedek Method, Shambala Reiki, Pranic Healing, Kinesiology and a vast number of eastern and western trends.
For several years, Mena has collaborated with different companies, training their personnel in humanistic topics, while at the same time leading courses about the Mayan Calendar, as well as Awareness & Growth workshops, joining different traditions, such as the Mayan, Buddhist, Kabbalah, Tantra, among others.
Mena is Mexican and fully bilingual; she has studied the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar for over ten years, giving it her own interpretation. She likes to include this knowledge in her therapies and healings, as well as in the detailed readings she performs for her patients and clients. She is a frequent guest lecturer at various locations, as well as a recurring guest in radio and television shows. Her permanent intention is to plant the seeds for a higher awareness, in order to open people’s hearts in fun, human ways.
