Restorative Yoga with Usha Leason – ON BREAK DURING MAY 2012

Saturdays, 10:15-11:30 AM

Restorative Yoga focuses on deeply relaxing the body whilst being supported by props (blankets, bolsters etc.) in restful poses. Usha integrates focused breath-work and mind awareness encouraging the student to enter into a state of reflection/meditation.

This class is suitable for all levels and walks of life. Cost $100 p duration, 75 mins.

    how does one sign up for a class? I will be studying in san miguel for 3 weeks in july.

      Dear Lorraine, Usha’s classes are ‘drop-in’ — so, just come by. At your first meeting, you can arrange personal sessions, if you’d like. Best, Joseph
